The groats for production of which only selected buckwheat grain (special grades) is used. Grain processing allows to save their taste, aroma and food value.

• We steam the buckwheat, not fry. It is steaming, not frying, that preserves the benefits of whole grains. Due to the temperature mode, the grain becomes more tender and cooked faster. Therefore, buckwheat Skvira is light, has a rich aroma of finished buckwheat and is quickly prepared. The grain is very clean and buckwheat should not be sorted out.
• Groats made only from select buckwheat grains (special buckwheat varieties). The production technology allows it to retain its fragrant aroma, taste, and benefits.
• Rinse 1 cup of grains, add to boiling salted water in a 1:2 ratio. After boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add butter to taste.
