The LG2 headquarters in Montréal, Québec, is equipped with STEKAR’s Multifacades system, a multifunctional building envelope solution that delivers the elegant appearance of a curtain wall along with high-performance exterior wall construction. Designed by Provencher Roy, the building achieves the look of a fully glazed structure thanks to an advanced pressure-equalized rainscreen façade system. This innovative envelope blends transparency and insulation, surpassing even the strictest energy codes and contributing to the project’s LEED Platinum certification.

STEKAR’s multifunctional façade design integrates transparent and opaque elements with precision, combining striking visual character with exceptional thermal performance.
