Misceo 2 is a contemporary office building located in Lévis, designed around STEKAR’s STE-6000 curtain wall technology. Designed by Anne Carrier Architecture, the building is characterized by its prominent glazed façade facing Métivier Street. The elegant glass modules of the curtain wall bring abundant natural light into the interior workspaces while giving the building a modern and refined appearance.
Opaque sections of the façade are clad in high-quality aluminum panels, which complement the curtain wall system and conceal the building’s insulation and floor slabs. This combination of transparent and solid façade elements achieves a balance between aesthetics and performance. The façade system is engineered for Québec’s climate, incorporating thermally broken frames and low-emissivity glazing to ensure energy efficiency even during harsh winters.
Overall, the Misceo 2 envelope delivers technical excellence—simplified installation, air-tightness, and long-term durability—while giving the commercial complex a distinguished, contemporary look that enhances the architectural landscape of Lévis.
