Located in the Quartier DIX30 district, the Courtyard Marriott Brossard is a multi-storey upscale hotel distinguished by its striking façade, combining curtain walls and Multifacades panels. The first two floors (lobby, restaurant, meeting spaces) are wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls, creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior while offering a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Above this level, the guestroom floors alternate bands of tinted glazing with opaque aluminum panels, an approach that adds visual rhythm and definition to the tower. STEKAR’s panel system provides excellent insulation for the opaque sections, while the STE-6000 curtain wall elements maximize views for guests.

Designed by Nivo 9 Architectes, the façade not only delivers a contemporary architectural aesthetic but also meets the brand’s standards for energy efficiency and acoustic comfort. The combination of technologies used in the building envelope was optimized for constructability and performance, resulting in a refined hotel façade that stands out in the urban landscape of Montreal’s South Shore.
