This Courtyard by Marriott hotel located in the Lebourgneuf district features a contemporary panel façade built using STEKAR’s Multifaçades system, designed in accordance with Marriott brand standards.

Designed by Côté Leahy Cardas (design) and executed by BGLA, the building replaces full curtain walls with a window-wall approach: large high-performance windows are integrated into STEKAR insulated panel modules on each floor. The result is an elegant grid of glazing and aluminum spanning the height of the façades, giving the building a clean and urban architectural look.

The ground floor includes a spacious glazed entrance and lobby for guests, while the upper floors alternate between transparent glazing and opaque panels (using the A100 aluminum panel system) to ensure privacy and strong thermal performance.

The panels match Marriott’s branding colors, and their integration was optimized for rapid on-site installation. This façade system also provides excellent acoustic insulation from the nearby highway, ensuring quiet, comfortable rooms throughout the hotel.
