Jonxion III is a LEED-certified office building located in Brossard’s business district, near the REM commuter train station. The façade, designed by Pierre Martin & Associés, makes extensive use of STEKAR’s STE-6000 curtain wall system on the street-facing sides. Large curtain wall sections with low-emissivity glazing allow natural light to penetrate deep into the office floors and offer panoramic views of the bustling Quartier DIX30 area.

These transparent volumes contrast with the aluminum panel cladding used for spandrels and lateral walls, creating a sleek and monolithic architectural appearance. The aluminum panels, installed in a LEED-compliant finish, enhance energy performance while giving the curtain walls a crisp, refined frame. Sunshades and light shelves were also integrated into the façade design to reduce cooling loads and improve daylight harvesting.

Technically, the building envelope provides superior airtightness and pressure-equalized rainscreen performance—both essential for the region’s climate. The modern façade of Jonxion III reflects its identity as a sustainable, transit-oriented office complex, offering strong street presence and a contemporary visual signature for its tenants.
