This Groupe Dallaire building, located at the entrance of the Lebourgneuf district, is a high-end office development. Alpha Architecture designed the building with an emphasis on elegant transparency, achieved through STEKAR’s STE-6000 curtain wall system, which covers most of its exterior. The front façade is fully glazed, giving it a modern, high-tech appearance while flooding the interior with natural light. The mullions are thin and finished in dark anodized aluminum, creating a clean grid that harmonizes with neighboring buildings.

To ensure comfort, the curtain wall glazing features solar-control properties, and the envelope incorporates a high-performance thermal break system. The side and rear façades use window-wall units and matching spandrel panels to maintain the architectural language while optimizing cost and insulation.

As a result, the building envelope provides Groupe Dallaire with a headquarters that is not only technologically advanced but also compliant with strict energy standards. The precise façade design—with airtight joints and integrated operable sections for ventilation—reflects the owner’s commitment to quality and innovation in construction.
