Located at 5275 Boulevard Lapinière, this building serves as the sales pavilion and office space for Devimco Immobilier’s Solar Uniquartier projects. LemayMichaud designed a showcase façade using both STEKAR’s Multifacades panels and the STE-6000 curtain wall system.

The façade features a large curtain wall glazing that welcomes visitors into the sales gallery, offering complete transparency to highlight the architectural models and interior design. Beside the glass, Vitralum—STEKAR’s construction partner—installed elegant insulated metal panels that display the Devimco branding while concealing the building’s structural elements.

The hybrid envelope provides efficient energy insulation for the upper-level office spaces while creating an inviting storefront at the ground floor. The high-performance glazing ensures a comfortable indoor environment for staff and clients, and the integrated sunshades reduce glare on sunny days.
