Located within a sustainable industrial park, this high-performance office building demonstrates that industrial architecture can be both functional and visually compelling. STEKAR’s STE-6000 curtain wall dominates the main façade, spanning the full height of the building’s central volume. This expansive glazed surface floods the offices and meeting rooms with natural light while offering views of the surrounding landscape.

The glazing features a subtle green tint that reinforces the site’s ecological theme while reducing solar heat gain. Flanking the glass, durable insulated panels complete the building envelope, ensuring excellent thermal performance. Technically, the curtain wall system delivers superior airtightness and energy efficiency in line with LEED standards, and was installed rapidly thanks to STEKAR’s prefabrication expertise.

The Écoparc building façade combines advanced sustainability with a modern aesthetic, reflecting the environmental mission of the industrial park.
