The JC Perreault distribution center in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, Québec, is a flagship 29,600 m² (318,000 sq. ft.) facility that combines a warehouse and a multi-level showroom.

Designed by the architecture firm Aedifica and delivered on an accelerated schedule, the project features STEKAR’s STE-6000 curtain wall system as part of its high-performance building envelope. Expansive curtain wall glazing illuminates the multi-storey showroom, bringing natural light and a modern aesthetic, while insulated architectural cladding protects the extensive storage areas.

A signature element of the design is an 82 × 40-foot cantilevered glass angle that highlights the technical ambition of the façade. As an expert building-envelope manufacturer, STEKAR supplied a robust and efficient curtain wall solution that combines transparency, energy performance, and durability for this multifunctional complex.
