The MaryRobert project consists of two 22-storey twin towers located in Griffintown, designed by Lemay Michaud. STEKAR supplied a custom Multifacades panel system for the façade, skillfully combining glass with opaque cladding. The exterior of the towers is defined by large glazed openings integrated into insulated metal panels, creating an elegant alternating pattern that shapes the skyline.

The high-performance panels—available in both dark and light finishes—ensure superior energy efficiency for the 497 condominium units, while the expansive windows offer residents panoramic views of the city and canal. The base of each tower features a double-height glazed lobby and retail storefronts, enhancing interaction with the street.

Technically, the Multifacades system enabled efficient installation of the tower envelopes while maintaining exceptional air tightness and a clean, modern aesthetic. This façade solution brought to life Devimco’s vision of contemporary, high-end living spaces distinguished by a refined duality of transparent and solid elements.
