The Sainte-Foy HQ is a multifunctional complex located in Québec City that includes offices, restaurants, clinics, and residential units. The façade of the complex, designed by ABCP Architecture, highlights Stekar’s STE-6000 curtain wall system on its commercial frontages. Tall glazed sections along Route de l’Église create an open and welcoming atmosphere for the “District Gourmet” food hall and surrounding retail spaces, showcasing the interiors to pedestrians.

These curtain walls are paired with insulated panels and aluminum architectural accents to maintain energy performance without sacrificing transparency. The upper floors and residential sections use matching aluminum cladding panels and windows to harmonize the overall aesthetic. With its high-performance curtain wall system, the complex benefits from abundant natural light and strong visibility for businesses, while specialized glazing helps control glare and solar heat.
