The B3 Tower is a landmark 13-storey office building located in the Solar Uniquartier district of Brossard. Stekar supplied a fully prefabricated curtain wall system for this high-rise building, enabling rapid installation and superior quality control. The façade is an elegant floor-to-ceiling glazed surface, using prefabricated curtain wall modules across the entire height of the tower.

This continuous glass skin reflects the sky and surrounding environment, giving the tower a modern, mirror-like appearance. The high-performance glazing minimizes glare and heat loss to ensure occupant comfort. With only thin structural lines visible, the tower appears as a pristine volume of glass rising above the district.
